What we offer
As a Senior Business Developer, you will take lead in our strategic software sales and support organisations in their aim to digitalize, integrate and improve their resilience work. You will play an important role when we refine current and implement new business strategies to expand our software and SaaS-sales.
Our Exonaut Resilience software is a digital readiness and resilience platform designed and developed to enable organisations to prepare for, manage, and recover quickly from disruptions to business-as-usual. It also supports real-time mapping and analysis of organisation’s compliance status and operational risk exposure.

4C Strategies is expanding and looking to strengthen our Nordic Business Development team with further talents in software sales. As a Senior Business Developer, you will play an important role, together with your colleagues and Sales Manager Public, in defining the business strategies for the public sector, focusing on prospecting and managing software sales towards new as well as existing clients.
You will be responsible for the strategic sales and business development of software and SaaS solutions in the Nordics civil public sectors.
Furthermore, you are expected to support our senior consultants in various customer engagements such as meetings, offers, negotiations etc as well as take an active part in our marketing and event activities such as sales and marketing content for our channels and represent 4C at exhibitions and events.

We expect you to have/be:
· An academic degree in relevant field
· Extensive experience from software sales
· Excellent cooperation-skills
· A strong drive to deliver high quality on or above budget
· A proactive mindset on how to further develop the ways 4C operate and deliver services
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· Fluent in Swedish and English
Start date: upon agreement
Employment type: full time (with six months probationary employment)
Location: Vattugatan 17 Stockholm
As our customers operate within fields that require security clearances, all employees of 4C Strategies need to be able to obtain a security clearance if required.
Swedish citizenship is a requirement for this position.
