Your Role
You will be joining a team supporting operations in our international business, 4C International, based in either our Central London office in Victoria or our office in Warminster, Wiltshire. You will report into our Director of Project Management Office (PMO). You will play an integral part of developing the operations support of 4C International, working in close collaboration with the Operations Director, Sales Directors and Project Managers, you will also be required to work closely with your peer Operations Coordinator in Stockholm. Your main responsibilities include:
- Conduct project reviews on areas such as project profitability, quality, client satisfaction, staffing issues and need for prioritisation between projects.
- Support the process of management reporting on projects, sales pipelines, forecasting etc to make sure all data is available in business reviews
- Coordinate staffing and communication between projects (from sales to delivery).
- Contribute to the development of sales- and delivery operations related processes, methods, tools, templates and systems to support an efficient delivery to the customer
- Develop and conduct training in our own project model for sales- and project managers.

You have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build, maintain and develop relationships to foster team collaboration. You thrive in a changing and fast-paced environment, and are spurred on by challenges.
You should meet the following requirements:
- Experience of similar roles such as Project Management Office (PMO) and/or Sales Operations. We think you have around 5-8 years of experience within this area, but most important is a strong understanding of Projects and business acumen.
- Experience in training and coaching others.
- High proficiency in the full MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point.
- Very good skills, and ability to express yourself well, in speech and written English.
- Bachelor degree within relevant field of studies or other relevant higher education or relevant knowledge gained through experience
- Previous experience from a consulting and/or software company would be seen as an advantage.
Please note that for this position you are able to, or have the ability and permission to, live and work in the UK. All employees in 4C need to be prepared to undergo BPSS security clearances and vetting, either in connection with employment or during the period of employment for different projects.
The role might require occasional travel and work outside of regular office hours.
