About the role
4C Strategies is expanding and is looking for a Head of Sales, Norway. Your responsibility will be to build a reputation for 4C in Norway, develop business and drive sales within the Norwegian market. You will play an important role when we refine current and implement new business strategies to expand our software sales in Norway.
In this role, you are expected to:
- Drive the development and execution of the business plan for the Norwegian market.
- Develop short-, mid- and long-term sales strategies to deliver sales on (or above) budget.
- Use extensive networks to generate leads and find new business opportunities.
- Lead the entire end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, presales, proposals, tender management and closing of sales in the Finnish market focussing on the Exonaut software solution for training management and resilience, as well as adjoining Expert Services.
- Understand our different software solutions and how they’re implemented in order to hold demonstrations for potential clients.
- Produce relevant documentation: effective proposal documents, presentations and pitches to match 4C solutions to potential customer requirements
- Attend expos, fairs and various other events to represent 4C and spread knowledge about us, our products/solutions and services.
About you
To be successful in this position, you need to be able and comfortable working independently but with a team at distance. You need to be driven and goal oriented, creative, and innovative. You thrive in a fast-moving environment and have a can-do attitude who see possibilities and not obstacles. A lot of the work will be taking place out on the field, meeting potential clients and networking, so you must be okay with travel.

- Experience in working with C-level stakeholders

- Very good social and networking skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
- Previous experience within risk-, crisis- or business continuity management, exercise and training management or organizational resilience is desirable
