4C Strategies is a public listed company with strong focus on growth. As we are on a growth journey, you will be given the opportunity to learn in a fast-paced business environment and be involved in several transformation projects to establish a more efficient business control function.
As our new Finance and Projects Coordinator, you will support the business by being the primary point of contact from Finance in project administration and project planning, as well as project reviews and financial support to PMO and the rest of the project organisation. You will also have external responsibilities and handle our invoicing in line with group standards.
Many of your tasks are connected to our Project-/Time reporting system, where you also will be super user. Even though the role naturally has an administrative focus, your social skills and stakeholder management skills will both be important as you will be the primary source of contact towards the rest of the organisation, in Sweden as well as abroad.
During 2024, we are excited to initiate the implementation of a new ERP-system, a project where you, as part of the Finance team, will be involved and play an important role.

You will work from our newly renovated and centrally located office in Stockholm.
Who you are
You are an analytical and creative individual, you easily handle large and complex data sets and share our interest in understanding the 4C business model. You are results-oriented and skilled in organizing and prioritizing your work.
We expect you to be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. You thrive in a dynamic environment and new challenges excite you. To excel in your work, we believe you to have strong interpersonal skills and know how to use these skills to build relationships, something that will greatly favour your work.
We expect you to have/be:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business Administration
- 0-1 years’ work experience from similar role(s)
- Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
- Native in Swedish and fluent in English, written and spoken
- An interest in digital tools and how they can be leveraged to make life easier at work
- Able to perform well in stressful situations
- Experience from an Audit and/or Business/Financial Controller position is seen as a merit

- As our customers operate within fields that require security clearances, all employees of 4C Strategies need to be able to obtain a security clearance if required.
