Your Role
As a Senior Account Manager Defence, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the current customer base in the Nordics, targeting the Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish markets. You will engage in making 4C an even more well-known brand within our fields of expertise and you will ensure presence wherever relevant senior stakeholders are to be found. Your goal is to establish yourself as a trusted advisor and build awareness of the Exonaut platform, the 4C brand, and help drive sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Expand and develop established customers and grow new customer opportunities through excellent stakeholder management
- Leverage your extensive defence network to generate new business opportunities
- Being familiar with the full capacity of the Exonaut software platform to the extent of being able to propose solutions and demonstrate these for potential clients.
- Contribute with valuable input on further development of the Exonaut platform to meet the current and emerging needs of our Military customers
- Attend all possible events (fairs, expos etc.) where 4C should be represented, to spread knowledge about the company, products/solutions and services in collaboration with the global Military Sales
- Together with the team, support the sales cycle: lead generation, tender management, close, etc
- Responsible for budgets, forecasts and pipeline management as well as business reviews for the Nordic Defence market
Who you are
- Bachelor degree within relevant field of studies and/or Military higher education for example Military Academy/Staff College or relevant knowledge gained through experience
- A very strong and up to date network within the Armed Forces and excellent networking skills
- Commercial experience from software solution sales is desirable
- Well-developed presentation and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and good at promoting trust
- Strong skills in planning, organising and coaching others to achieve their targets
- Relevant military ranking (also as reserve officer) is a strong advantage
- Previous account management experience is desirable

Start date: upon agreement
Employment type: full time (with six months probationary employment)
Location: Stockholm.
As our customers operate within fields that require security clearances, all employees of 4C Strategies need to be able to obtain a security clearance if required. Swedish citizenship is an absolute requirement for the position
