Your Role

The Programme Manager EMEA is responsible for managing a portfolio of software projects and ensuring the successful delivery of our Exonaut software to customers. You will oversee the planning, governance, and delivery of these projects, ensuring they meet the business goals and are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This is a client facing role and you will be the primary point of contact for our public and corporate customers across EMEA.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of Exonaut software projects, from initiation through to Go-Live (and beyond), ensuring alignment with key contributors, such as Implementation/Onboarding, Support and Release

• Develop relationships with Public and Corporate customers and relevant industry partners to generate further opportunities for 4C Strategies growth and support delivery
• Identify, track and monitor contract and project dependencies and risks
• Provide regular input to the 4C software development process with a particular focus towards the Resilience Domain Product Team
• Proactively communicate progress and challenges to technical and non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership

About you

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Relevant project management qualifications are desirable
• Previous experience as a Programme Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager in an organisation which sells and delivers B2B SaaS solutions
• Strong communication skills, both with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
• A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• A willingness to travel to client sites (UK and Europe mainly)
• Experience within the fields of Business Continuity, crisis management, or resilience is desirable
