It enables real-time exercise planning across military headquarters and agencies, supports staff and command briefings, and facilitates data-driven decision-making to optimise training efficiency and operational readiness.
For Public and Corporate clients, including major financial institutions, Exonaut provides a powerful Resilience Management platform. It supports organisations in strengthening Business Continuity, Risk Management, and Crisis Management capabilities, ensuring they can anticipate, respond to, and recover from disruption.

Your Role
As a Solution Consultant, you will be the bridge between our clients and our technology, playing a crucial role in delivering SaaS solutions that drive value. You will oversee projects from discovery through implementation and post-implementation success, managing stakeholder expectations while ensuring technical excellence. As the Customer’s primary point of contact for Exonaut, you will drive user engagement and adoption, ensuring clients fully leverage our platform's capabilities. You have the unique opportunity to shape both client solutions and our own strategic direction, working with high-profile financial services organizations based in London. You will also support the UK-based sales team with technical expertise during sales processes. This role combines technical expertise, consultative skills, and strategic thinking in a dynamic environment that rewards initiative and innovation. You will work within a collaborative team structure while enjoying significant autonomy to drive projects forward independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Selling: Leverage a strong understanding of Exonaut and associated services to guide clients towards the best-fit solutions.
- Solution Delivery: Lead the successful implementation of Exonaut solutions, overseeing all phases from planning and execution to customer sign-off. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Client Success & Engagement Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders post-implementation. Drive user engagement and adoption through regular check-ins, success measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure clients are effectively utilizing Exonaut to maximize their return on investment and achieve their resilience objectives.
- Governance Leadership: Facilitate project governance structures, chairing and coordinating meetings at various levels from weekly delivery meetings to monthly stakeholder project reviews. Ensure stakeholder alignment through clear communication and documentation.
- Technical Expertise: Provide day-to-day subject matter expertise on Exonaut, answering questions related to configuration, data visualization, and platform capabilities. Enable users to effectively leverage the platform's functionality and coordinate with internal teams when specialized expertise is required
- Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training sessions to promote user adoption, including one-to-one training, group sessions, and creation of reusable training materials.
- Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to organizational growth by identifying improvement opportunities, suggesting feature enhancements, and supporting the development of best practices. Help shape our approach to solution delivery and client success.
- Risk & Quality Management: Identify potential project and customer risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client requirements and organizational objectives.
About you:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Computer Science)
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, or technical consulting roles. Experience in financial services or regulated industries is advantageous. Knowledge of business continuity management, operational resilience, or risk management is a distinct advantage.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, data visualization, and system configuration. Ability to quickly learn and master new technologies and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects including planning, execution, and stakeholder management. Formal project management certification is a plus but not required.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels from end-users to executive leadership.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Client-Facing Skills: Polished presentation skills and professional demeanor. Experience in pre-sales, demonstrations, or client workshops is highly beneficial.
- Adaptability: Comfort working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. Ability to juggle multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Travel: Ability to be present on client sites in London at least 2 days per week, with potential for occasional extended periods.
