Junior Finance Assistant
We are looking for a finance or business student to join our Finance team part-time (approx. 2 days/week), with flexibility and the opportunity to work more during the summer.

About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Assistant to join us on a part-time basis, approximately one-two days per week, with the opportunity to work more during the summer (5-7 weeks). The role is flexible and well suited for a student or someone looking to combine work with other commitments.
You will support our finance in their daily work and gain valuable insight into how an international company operates.
Key responsibilities
Support with day-to-day financial administration
Handling and control of supplier invoices
Support with customer invoicing
Reconciliations and basic bookkeeping tasks
Administrative support to the finance team
Ad hoc tasks related to finance and internal processes
We are looking for someone who
Is currently studying finance, accounting or a related field, or has a strong interest in finance
Is structured, detail-oriented and reliable
Enjoys working with numbers and administrative tasks
Is comfortable working with digital tools and systems
Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English
Meriting experience
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience working with financial systems or invoice handling
