Ensure HR policies, documentation and processes are maintained and followed in accordance with applicable employment legislation.
Act as a trusted HR contact and provide practical advice and support to managers on a wide range of HR matters.
Support ongoing people processes and initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management and competence development.

About you
We are looking for a confident, structured and service-minded HR professional who is comfortable taking ownership of a broad range of HR activities.
You enjoy working in an international environment, are pragmatic in your approach and can quickly familiarise yourself with existing processes and ways of working. You are equally comfortable handling operational HR matters independently and collaborating with colleagues across different functions and countries.
We believe you bring:
A few years of experience in a broad HR generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Manager role.
Experience supporting managers in HR matters, including employee relations.
Good knowledge of Swedish employment law; familiarity with UK, US or Australian employment frameworks is an advantage.
Experience working with HR processes, HR systems and HR administration.
The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and manage several HR activities in parallel.
A practical, solution-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
Fluency in both Swedish and English.
A willingness to work primarily from our Stockholm office, with on-site presence adapted to the agreed scope.
As a person, you are approachable, reliable and relationship-oriented. You have high integrity, pay attention to detail and build trust with managers and employees. You enjoy contributing to a collaborative environment and are comfortable stepping into an existing role and taking responsibility from day one.
