About the role
As Information Security Manager, you are an important player in our internal security work but is also actively supporting and working with colleagues in supporting our 4C-clients in the crisis, risk and resilience sector.This means you have a varied work environment, where you get to arrange and build our capabilities one day and are out meeting clients the next.
Internally, you are responsible for overseeing and managing the inhouse information security operations. This involves developing and implementing security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard employees, assets, information, and company property from possible external and internal threats or vulnerabilities.
You will lead the security team, conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as stay updated on the latter. You will also lead and coordinate the implementation of 4C's Information Security Management system.
Examples of tasks
- Implement, operate and develop 4C Security awareness program
- Establish, review, and update information security policies, ensuring they align with company objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Threat monitoring: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities, and take corrective actions to mitigate risks
- Participate in information security assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the security program and to ensure that the organization adheres to relevant industry standards, laws, and regulations.
- Support sales and business development as an SME for information and cyber security-related questions
- Oversee relationships with external security providers, contractors or vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
- Support 4C information security risk management process
- Provide security training for employees and raise awareness about information security best practices and protocols.
- Respond to and investigate information security incidents, breaches, or emergencies. Lead investigations, gather evidence, and report findings to senior management.

• Proven experience in information security management and security related software solutions.
• Familiarity with relevant local, state, and federal security regulations.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
• Preferably a degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience

As our customers operate within fields that require security clearances, all employees of 4C Strategies need to be able to obtain a security clearance if required. Swedish citizenship is an absolute requirement for the position.
