Your role

We are looking for a new colleague to join as a Business continuity management Consultant (BCM). In this role, you will participate and lead on various projects, ensuring your team has clear goals and delivers high quality work on time and within budget. These projects may include establishing Business Continuity governance structures (policies and frameworks), implementing and embedding Business Continuity solutions, developing Business Continuity Plans, and overseeing the planning and execution of Business Continuity tests.

Furthermore, you will contribute to the growth of 4C’s consulting and expert services in Business Continuity Management. This includes building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and promoting our services and solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and lead teams in assignments for companies, government agencies, and other organisations.
• Organize and deliver training sessions, exercises, needs analyses within your area of expertise.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships while identifying new business opportunities in Business Continuity Management (BCM) consulting and expert services.
• Act as an internal expert and contribute to the sales, development and delivery of our software-related projects.

You meet the following requirements:

• An academic degree in relevant field
• Strong previous experience within BCM
• Excellent project management experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Swedish and English
• Ability to understand complex situations and to describe these situations in a comprehensive way
• Previous experience as a consultant is advantageous
• Certification within BCM is advantageous

While based in our Stockholm office, travel will be occasional, with most client engagements taking place in the Stockholm area.

As our customers operate within fields that require security clearances, all employees of 4C Strategies need to be able to obtain a security clearance if required. Swedish citizenship or EU citizenship is an absolute requirement for the position.
