Your role

As junior consultant and analyst, you will be an important part of our management consultant organisation, delivering projects, expertise knowledge and software support to all our clients. These clients operate in a broad variety of sectors, from corporate to public sector as well as public authorities.

You will work with a wide range of projects and touch upon many of the areas in which 4C operates as experts: advisory services within security, resilience, information security, risk- and crisis management and much more.

You will be part of different projects where you, together with your team and project leader, will have a close dialogue with your clients and guide them throughout their resilience challenges where you as experts investigate their current situation, analyse needs, lead implementations, train capabilities, write reports and much more.
Your ability to quickly create a tight relationship to your clients will be an important success factor, both in delivering projects and in further developing the important client relationship. As a consultant, you are naturally involved in business development, selling new and additional projects and making sure 4C is our clients first choice.

As our delivery is strongly dependent on good teamwork, excellent collaboration skills are a must in this role. We also find it important that you are willing and able to constantly share your knowledge with colleagues.

We expect you to have/be:

• An academic degree in relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of qualified work experience from a consultant role or similiar with connection to the areas in which we operate
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• The ability to understand complex context and to describe these situations in a comprehensive way
• Experience in consulting or security/risk/crisis is obviously preferred
