About the role
We are looking for a new colleague to join as Head of Sales, Corporate, a role where you will focus on developing and strengthen the relationships to current and new corporate clients. You’ll promote and sell 4C’s total offering with focus on consulting and expert services, where we focus mainly on security, risk and crisis management, business continuity management and readiness.
Alongside your sales responsibilities, you will have line management responsibility for a team of delivery consultants. We look at sales as a team effort, where sales and delivery work closely together to reach goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing your own sales strategy for 4C’s expert services offering towards Corporate clients
- Manage the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals
- Developing new and existing partnerships with clients across finance, IT/tech, transport, retail, and telecom
- Managing key accounts, and taking advantage of upselling and cross selling opportunities
- Line management responsibility for a team of consultants
Who you are
You are a resourceful self-starter and experienced within sales, with well-developed network. You are driven by having meaningful impact on 4C’s future growth and enjoy working with people from various backgrounds. With your extensive background in B2B-sales, combined with a strong business-mindset, you are quick in building strong relationships and identifying needs where 4C’s solutions can make a big difference.
We believe you are a team player who also takes pride in delivering a service to the best of your abilities. Of course you are driven by showing great results and dedicated in reaching and going beyond your goals and KPI’s. You have a can-do-attitude and a problem-solving approach to your work. It is also important that you have previous leadership/management experience and a true interest in spreading your knowledge to other colleagues.
You meet the following requirements:
- Education in relevant degree. Candidates without a degree but able to demonstrate relevant work experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong previous experience within B2B-sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills towards C-level, written and oral in both Swedish and English
- Experience working in a client-facing setting or actively managing a variety of stakeholders at different levels
- Previous line management/leadership experience
- Previous industry experience is advantageous

Start date: upon agreement
Employment type: full time (with six months probationary employment)
Location: Vattugatan 17, Stockholm
As our customers operate within fields that require security clearances, all employees of 4C Strategies need to be able to obtain a security clearance if required. Swedish or EU citizenship is an absolute requirement for the position.
