Your role

We are looking for a new colleague to join our public or private team as a Consultant within Crisis Management or Civil defence. In this role, you will participate in and lead various projects, ensuring that your team has clear goals and delivers high-quality work on time and within budget. These projects may include training and exercising public and private actors in areas such as crisis management and staff methodology, supporting method development, and assisting in planning for public and private actors' war organization and emergency preparedness planning.

Furthermore, you will contribute to the growth of 4C’s consulting and expert services in Crisis Management and civil defence. This includes building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and promoting our services and solutions. You take pride in delivering high quality projects within existing budget and time-frame and work proactively to identify new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead project teams in assignments within crisis management and civil defence for authorities, companies and other organisations

• Organize and deliver training sessions, exercises, needs analyses, within your area of expertise.

• Develop and strengthen client relationships while identifying new business opportunities in Crisis Management and Civil defence

• Act as an internal expert and contribute to the sales, development and delivery of our software-related projects

You meet the following requirements:

• An academic degree in relevant field
• Strong previous experience within Crisis Management or/and civil defence
• Excellent project management experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Swedish and English
• Ability to understand complex situations and to describe these situations in a comprehensive way
• Previous experience as a consultant is advantageous

While based in our Stockholm office you are expected to be able to travel if required. Travels take place primarily in Sweden.
